(Music Spot 9/5/20) No More Heroes- We Are Finally Cowboys

This is what counts as an off-day for me, I guess. I just wanted to talk about how good No More Heroes’ soundtrack is. We Are Finally Cowboys really highlights one of my favorite aspects of it, these grinding, almost aimless guitar riffs that never let up over chaotic, noisy percussion with some elements of distortion and synth. A lot of the music from this game and its sequel sounds like what I imagine adderall feels like. It’s got this very intense, focused mood that makes it great for something to put on in the background while I’m working.
